1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Hoppers app or website you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled by the organiser. In the event of cancellation, Hoppers will process refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days. Hoppers acts as a technology platform; event organisers are responsible for delivering the events as advertised.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without their permission. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Hoppers account.

4. Organiser Obligations

Organisers are responsible for ensuring their events comply with Ugandan law and local regulations. Hoppers reserves the right to remove events or suspend organiser accounts that violate these terms or community standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hoppers is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our platform beyond the amount you paid for the relevant tickets.
